CCM Hockey
CCM was founded back in 1899 in Ontario, Canada. From the beginning, they manufactured bicycles, (CCM stands for Canadian Cycle and Motor) After the demand for bicycles declined, they shifted their focus and one of the focuses became the growing sport of ice hockey. Since then, CCM has focused on continuous research and product development to produce hockey equipment of the highest quality.
Tacks, Jetspeed or Ribcore?
CCM skates are available in 3 different families. These are Tacks, Jetspeed and Ribcore. Which skate you choose is up to you and what you feel is best for your foot. That said, each family has its own characteristics and traits. The CCM is also an aid in the form of a foot scanner that can scan your feet and place them in the right family for you.
