For the new season, True is releasing a new skate. It is based on True's unique way of building skates from the foot out. Which creates as little negative space as possible in the skate. The Catalyst 9 is a one-pice shoe that gives you extra contact with the skate. Fully molded in Carbon Fiber Composite also provides a low weight while making the skate extremely malleable. Comparing Trues Catalyst 9 and previous model True TF9, the Catalyst 9 is lighter, gives you more freedom of movement with a flexible back cap and less volume in the toe box. This creates a skate with more mobility and allows you to more easily transfer power down the ice easier with every cut.
